• Once you submit this form I shall be in touch with payment details.

• Payment must be made to confirm your booking please. 

• If you are unable to attend your session, please let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, but at least 24 hours before your session.

• If 24 hours notice is given, your payment can be transferred to another session booked at that time.

• After this time, payment is non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances.
  
   Please also note that concessions may be available or alternative arrangements made in case of need.
